It's a typical mom and pop style place, with slide in booths and TVs in each corner. For some odd reason, they were all set to the Tennis Channel. Guess they like tennis here.
Both ordered double patty with cheese and bacon combo, with fries and drink. Came to $9, so not too bad money-wise. Food was grilled to order and took about 5 minutes or so.
Beef was a nice course grind that had some chew to it, cooked to medium. Lettuce and tomato were plentiful, with no real sauce added to the burger. It was a bit big to eat and I didn't finish. Fries were good and crisp, standard steak fry, not soggy at all.
Overall, a nice local place that I will be back to.
- Get the??? I got a double, which was too much. Try a single.
- Fries with that??? Yes, they were standard steak fries, but crispy.
- Anything else??? Nope
